A vaulted ceiling in the living room provides a wall of windows letting in incredible Cascade Mountain views and ample natural light from the living room through to the dining room and the kitchen. There are hardwood and tile floors throughout the lower level. This home has forced air heating and cooling which are provided by a heat pump.
In the kitchen you will find granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space.
There are two bedrooms on the main level. The primary bedroom and an office are located upstairs (converted fourth bedroom) plus a split loft with views. The primary en suite has it's own private balcony facing south.
A deck on two sides of the main level provides great outdoor living space. The south side of the deck is covered. Additionally, there is a two car detached garage in front of the house.
A security deposit equal to one month rent will be collected before occupancy. Tenants will be charged a cleaning fee so that the home can be professionally cleaned at the end of your stay.
