This single level, fully furnished, executive rental in Northwest Bend is located just a few blocks from Discovery Park in Northwest Crossing.  From this house you will enjoy easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, schools, spas, medical offices and churches.

Walking into this home the first thing you will notice are the beautiful hardwood floors which continue throughout the living space.  Don't worry about bumping into each other in this spacious kitchen that is well appointed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a walk in pantry.  On cold evenings cozy up to the gas fireplace in the living room.  A king bed and a door directly to the hot tub on the back patio are featured in the primary bedroom.  The en suite has a dual vanity, walk in shower and a walk in shower.  As for the other bedrooms, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full size/double bed.  Two computer monitors, as seen in the photo of the office, are available for tenant use.

Enjoy outdoor living on the back patio with a propane fire pit, BBQ and hot tub.  Rest assured knowing your kids and pets are secure in the private, fully fenced back yard.  There is an attached two car garage.  This home has forced air heating and cooling.

We will consider pets on a case by case basis. Additionally, we will collect a deposit for each approved pet.

The minimum stay we can offer for this home is 30 days.  A security deposit equal to one month rent will be collected before occupancy. Access to the mail box for this home is not available. Tenants will need to secure a PO Box for mail service. A cleaning fee will be charged to all tenants so that the home can be professionally cleaned at the end of your stay.
