At Preferred Residential Property Management we understand that your property is an important investment. We feel that professional management of that asset is key to protecting your investment and maximizing your returns. We specialize in single family homes, multi-family properties up to four units and second homes as executive rentals. Our full service management program works for you to carefully screen all prospective tenants, collect rents, inspect your property on a regular basis, coordinate all repairs with your approval, provide clear monthly statements, and most importantly ensure that you get paid in a timely manner. Tenants
We understand that you want a clean, well cared for home where everything works. We strive to provide the same professional, responsive service to our tenants as our owners. We recommend you see the house in person before you complete our online application.
All of our deposits are fully refundable. If you have pets, most of our properties allow pets but do require a pet deposit. We reserve the right to adjust deposits based on landlord references and credit/background checks. Please read our Application Screening Policy and Fee Disclosure.
