What qualifications are required for working with Preferred Residential?
While we do prequalify our tenants according to our Application Screening Policy we do not prequalify our owners other than to meet in person and make sure we all agree that working together is in everyone’s best interest. For long term rentals we are focused on single family homes and multi family properties with up to four units. For short term rentals (30-day minimum) our focus is solely on single family homes, condos, and townhouses. Our lending partners are best equipped to help our owners with these types of properties.
