This well furnished home is in NE Bend with easy access to Hwy 97.

The living room features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a flat panel TV. The spacious kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances (including an induction range/oven), a breakfast bar, and all the counter space you ever dreamed of. Pamper yourself in the jetted tub of the primary bathroom which also includes a walk-in shower. Or, enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck off the primary bedroom. The owners of this home spared no expense on the king sized bed. The two large guest bedrooms sleep 2 people in each room. There is a queen size bed in one room and two twin beds in the other.

The large kitchen includes an induction stove top and ample counter space.

If you need to work while you stay here, there is an office and high speed internet is provided. In the over-sized two car garage there is a Level 2 electric vehicle charging station that works with all electric cars that use the J-1772 connector. (Teslas and Nissans need to use an adapter).

The minimum rental period is 30 days. The maximum rental period is negotiable but generally three months or less. Security deposit equal to one month rent will be collected before occupancy. Pets will be considered on a case by case base with additional deposit required. Access to the mail box for this home is not available. Tenants will need to secure a PO Box for mail service. A cleaning fee will be from your security deposit so that the home can be professionally cleaned at the end of your stay.,p/>
