The primary bedroom is upstairs and is also an en suite with a large sitting area and a walk in closet. This home has forced air heat and air conditioning.

It is tough to find an outdoor living space and yard this large in NWX. The back yard is fully fenced. The two car garage can be accessed from the alley. There is also a dog washing station in the garage.

This home is in the High Lakes Elementary, Pacific Crest Middle School and Summit High School districts.

Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. An additional deposit per pet is required.

Security deposit equal to one month rent will be collected before occupancy. Access to the mail box for this home is not available. Tenants will need to secure a PO Box for mail service. A cleaning fee will be charged to your security deposit at the end of your stay so that the home can be professionally cleaned for the next guest.
