This townhouse is located less than a block from Lewis and Clark Park in Northwest Crossing

Designer finishes throughout, including engineered hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite tile counters, and on demand, gas, tankless water heater. The oven/range is all gas. Downstairs you will also find a gas fireplace, a half bath, an attached two car garage, and a mud room.

There are two primary suites upstairs. One has a walk in shower while the other has a tub/shower combo. Both primary suites have their own mini-split heat pump for efficient heating and cooling. Laundry is located on the landing between the bedrooms.

Pets will not be considered. An additional deposit per approved pet is required. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. Landscaping and snow removal is provided by the HOA.
