There is something to be said for staying on the West Side of Bend for a vacation but many of us want something a little less "Happening" for a long term stay.  Something more residential, away from the revelry of vacationers and the congested traffic.  This NE Bend home is near shopping, restaurants, breweries and the hospital without the hustle and bustle you might find elsewhere in Bend yet it is only eight minutes from Downtown Bend.

Interior

Walk in the front door to a welcoming, well furnished home.  The living room features a gas fireplace, comfortable seating and a flat panel TV with Bend Broadband's Essentials channel line-up.  A spacious kitchen is well appointed with stainless steel appliances (including induction range/oven), and all the counter space you ever dreamed of.  Pamper yourself in the jetted tub of the primary bathroom which also includes dual vanities and a walk-in shower.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the private deck off the primary bedroom.  The owners of this home spared no expense on the king sized bed.  The two large guest bedrooms sleep 2 people in each room. There is a queen size bed in one room and two twin beds in the other.  If you need to work while you stay here, there is an office and high speed internet is provided.In the over-sized two car garage there is a Level 2 electric vehicle charging station that works with all electric cars that use the J-1772 connector. (Teslas and Nissans need to use an adapter).

Exterior

Enjoy Bend sunrises on the covered front porch and sunsets on the covered back porch.  If you have kids or pets that need room to run there is ample space in the fully fenced back yard.  Keep your RV or boat near you with off street parking on the side of the house.

A quiet NE Bend neighborhood a short distance from 10 Barrel's East Side brew pub, Bridge 99 Brewery, The Backyard Pizza and Sports Pub, Cascade Village Shopping Center.

Terms

We require a minimum rental period of 30 days.  The maximum rental period is negotiable but generally three months or less.  A security deposit equal to one month rent will be collected before occupancy.  Pets will be considered on a case by case base with additional deposit required.
