This week we had two clients write nice testimonials about Becky so I thought I would share them.  It is always nice to get a pat on the back.

My husband and I were moving from Washington state this last winter and planned to rent. As there is no single system for renters to view/sort through properties I was using every resource, calling everyone—every real estate office, in each town, craigslist, newspaper ads, etc. We were having trouble a) because I had to stay in WA to do my research and my husband was too busy with work (10-16 hr days) to be able to help while he was in the area, b) because we had an odd set of needs in what we were looking for, so our possibility pool was very limited.

I had called and left a message about a couple of Becky’s properties and when she returned my call I told her none of them were going to work for us. But “have no fear”… Becky, curious, asked what exactly we were doing that we had such specific needs for, so I told her. She said she would look at the houses on the market current and past, talk to the owner and see if they were interested in renting. Becky was the ONLY agent that offered to do that (I even asked other agents, during my continued search, if they would mind doing the same… they refused!)!! And she emailed me within 48 hours with two properties that would work for us!! Becky went above and beyond to help us find a house.

We liked Becky so well, that when the opportunity came a couple months later to purchase a house, we used her as our Agent; again, she went above and beyond. Being a busy mom, I do lots of running around and some of the things we had to do for the purchase of the house had to be done right away. One day, Becky called me and said we had to have the water test to the county that day by 1pm and she had the bottles for it. I was on my way out the door, so she offered to swing by the house and fill the bottles for me; I said that would be great. The deed was done and shortly thereafter we closed on our first home.

Becky was tremendously helpful and will go the extra mile for you to make sure that you, as a client, will be taken care of; she has touched base with us even after the sale to make sure we are happy with our home. She has been fantastic and we will use her again should we move, build or rent in the Central Oregon area.

As for recommendations… both my husband and I have already recommended her to numerous people and will continue to do so. You cannot go wrong with using Becky as your Real Estate Agent, for renting your property or for renting a property, so don’t hesitate. Happy house hunting!

Becky is GREAT to work with! I live in SW Washington and my business partner lives in West Linn, Or. We were shopping for a vacation rental in Sunriver, OR via long distance. Becky scheduled us to see about a half dozen homes on the resort within a few hours so we could drive back home to our families by dinner a couple weekends in a row! By the next weekend, she called me with a listing in Eagle Crest Resort that she recommended we check out. She emailed the listing, and it was twice the house (3700 sq. ft!) of anything we could have bought in Sunriver for the same price range, with a beautiful mountain view and all of the same resort amenities that were important to us. Because of the long distance and not able to see the house until the following weekend. We had Becky do a walk thru of the home and take some pictures with her cell phone. As soon as she walked in she said, “This is it…You guys will love this house!” We trusted her and made a full price offer sight unseen as it was a short-sale property. Not to mention being in the financial services industry, we knew the horror stories and time of buying a short sale. Becky knew the entire process and really made the purchase a seamless transaction. She has a lot of knowledge of working with the banks and a great reputation/connection which I think helped speed up our purchase! When we finally saw the house in person, we loved it! More importantly our wives loved it! We had never considered Eagle Crest and if it wasn’t for Becky’s local knowledge and ability to know exactly what we wanted, we would have missed out on our dream vacation home!
